“Awareness requires living in the here and now, and not in the elsewhere, the past or the future”
Eric Berne

Transactional Analysis (TA) is a powerful group therapy. A TA therapy group is a place to grow by learning more about yourself, and how you feel and behave in relationships with other people. It is a place to leave unhelpful past patterns behind you, and step into something new by drawing on the power of the group.
A TA therapy group is a place to encounter your own process and the process of others. In meeting others, you will meet yourself in new ways. As a group facilitator I help the group by providing a safe, confidential, and supportive setting to address difficulties.
Groups for up to six people (in English) meet weekly for two hours. During that time, you will get to know and trust fellow group members. Group members work together to think about problems, which is important, so you will not have to try to do everything on your own.
